Printing on Reflective Film (Series 2400 and Series 2450) (#12)

Reflective film of this grade is not recommended as a screening substrate. Surface finish and energy may change from lot to lot, resulting in inconsistent anchorage and bond strength between standard screen print inks and the film.

If printing is necessary to accomplish a particular job, NazDar 9600 works better than other inks, especially on Gold Reflective. To achieve good adhesion, this ink is catalyzed with an additive before printing. For details on printability, color range, light fastness and other characteristics of the ink, contact KC/NazDar in Lenexa, Kansas.
