Arlon is pleased to announce the promotion of Ken Huggins to Customer Service Assistant Manager. Ken is now responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of Arlon’s call center, customer satisfaction, claims resolution and key account management. Prior to this role, Ken held the position of Customer Service Lead, leading all the operational activities of the Arlon Flex Division.
