Arlon Graphics, LLC, manufacturer of high quality pressure-sensitive print media, cut vinyl and flexible substrates for the sign and graphics industries, today announced the appointment of Andrew McNeill as President. Mr. McNeill brings more than 25 years of relevant industry experience to his new role having previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Reflexite Corporation for several years and as Chief Executive Officer of Orafol Americas, formerly Reflexite. During his tenure with Reflexite and Orafol Americas, he led their growth into a global leader in reflective materials and solar lenses.
In addition to his experience at Orafol and Reflexite, he has served as CEO and Management Consultant for clients in the medical device, industrial safety products, chemical distribution, aerospace, financial compliance, steel erection and multi-family housing sectors.

Mr. McNeill earned his BSC in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and MBA in business from the University of Manchester, Manchester Business School.
Additionally, Arlon is pleased to announce two strategic promotions: Chad Russell to VP of Sales, The Americas and Australia and Holly Curtis to Director of Marketing. Chad has been an integral part of Arlon’s sales organization for over 12 years and has been instrumental in developing a world class sales organization. Holly has driven Arlon’s marketing communications and brand to be a leader in the industry for over 8 years. In Holly’s new role, she is responsible for overseeing Marketing Communications, Product Management and Customer Service.
